		<description>Hello, I am 21 yr old female weighing around 235lbs and 5&#039;5&#039;&#039; with no illnesses. I have been losing weight for the past 2 months now (25lbs). I workout 6 days a wk with high intensity cardio and weights. I have been stuck in the 230&#039;s for the past two weeks now with the weight going up and down in the 30&#039;s, I eat smaller portions, healthier foods (i.e. lean meats, fruits, veggies) no candy or fried foods, tons of water, take a appetite suppressant. I&#039;ve been really giving it my all. Do you have any ideas to get me past this plateau that I&#039;ve hit? I am considering trying the friut/veggie diet hoping it can boost me over that hump. Any ideas at all would help so much..?</description>
