Fuel Fitness has entered into some very dangerous waters by offering products that are below the $1,000 price point. In this price range, many consumers automatically assume that the product is “junk” and won’t hold up to everyday use. However, after trying their products myself and reading other reviews and speaking to other owners of Fuel Fitness products, I must say that they have done a fantastic job of putting together a product that is both effective, reliable, AND affordable.
I will be the first to admit, there are not many bells and whistles on any of Fuel’s products. But before you think of this as a negative, you must ask yourself: Do I really NEED all of those extra bells and whistles or am I on a budget and need a quality piece of equipment that works, is reliable, and won’t break my bank?
Currently Fuel offers 2 different elliptical trainers: the FE44 and the FE46. They keep the price point down on both by sticking mainly to online advertising and online product support. But don’t worry! If you’re like me and hesitant on buying something online that you can’t see or try out first, you can probably find these models in your local Dick’s Sporting Goods store. Luckily for you though, the price point is lower by buying online than in the store. So you get the best of both worlds: you can “try before you buy” and save money by ordering online at the same time!
Not only are the prices on these very good, but the warranties are terrific as well. there is a lifetime warranty on the brake system and 1 year warranty on parts and labor. At these prices, I think you’ll agree that’s a great warranty.
